The API returns information about domain availability, including the creation date, update date, expiration date, and a boolean indicating if the domain is available for purchase.
The key fields in the response include the domain name as the key, and the values consist of a boolean for availability and dates for creation, update, and expiration.
The response is structured as a JSON object where each domain is a key. The value is a boolean indicating availability, along with associated date fields for creation, update, and expiration.
The API provides information on whether a domain is available for registration, along with its creation, update, and expiration dates, allowing users to assess domain status comprehensively.
Users can customize their requests by specifying the domain they wish to check in the API call. The API processes this input to return relevant availability and date information.
The data is sourced from domain registries and authoritative databases that track domain registrations, ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Typical use cases include developing applications for domain registration, creating websites that help users find available domains, and conducting market research on domain availability trends.
If a domain is not found or is unavailable, the API will return a boolean value of false. Users should implement error handling to manage such cases and provide appropriate feedback to users.
